E-Commerce Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer inquiries;
• Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms;
• Monitor website performance and propose improvements;
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online marketing strategies;
• Optimize product listings and imagery for better visibility and sales.

Requirements:

• Non-degree Tertiary or above in any field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ecommerce or related experience;
• Interest and eagerness to learn in digital marketing and e-commerce;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work as a team and Attention to details;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as E-Commerce assistant;
• Immediately available is preferred.
