Spa & Fitness Co-ordinator (Fresh graduates will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to our members
• Handle the administration work at the Spa Reception independently

Requirements

• Secondary education
• Preferably with a minimum 1 year of relevant experience from hotel or spa environment; fresh graduates will be considered
• Good team player, presentable, customer service oriented and excellent telephone manner
• Interested in wellness and beauty
• Proficient in spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Flexible and willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
