Assistant Brand Manager

Responsible for growing and evolving business of the brands including product assortment, all brand activations and other exciting initiatives and activities in marketing

• Maintain close relationships with brand principals and foster long-term business partnership
• Formulate strategic marketing plans for the brands including new product launch, seasonal repush, digital marketing, third party collaborations and A&P budget to achieve brand and customer goals matching the rapid growth of the company timeframes effectively
• Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
• Build relationships with strategic partnerships for brand growth opportunities, including awareness building, lead generation and partnership liaison
• Work closely with internal stakeholder such as Retail Operations, Training, Merchandising & Logistic team to leverage brand strategies, maintain appropriated inventory level to support frontline and wholesale businesses
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Holder of Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in marketing
• Minimum 3 years of product or brand management experience
• Experience with cosmetics or Clean Beauty goods will be an advantage
• Strong customer service mind-set with highly organized and disciplined working style
• Track record in successfully supporting high performance teams
• Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to influence brand partners and build effective relationships
• Ability to co-ordinate cross functional teams and manage expectations
• Problem-solving, planning and project management skills, detail-oriented with effective time management
• Excellent fluency in verbal and written English and Cantonese
