Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
  • Execute initiatives to strengthen relationships with current monthly donors, with the goal of enhancing donor loyalty.
  • Manage donation forms by performing data entry and verification to ensure the accuracy and completeness of donor information.
  • Conduct welcome calls and handle inbound donor inquiries.
  • Follow up on unrealized donations and termination requests.
  • Coordinate the production, lettershop, and logistical arrangements for retention and fundraising materials, including newsletters, annual receipts, and direct mailings.
  • Assist with donor events and participate in other fundraising activities as needed.
  • Provide support for office administrative tasks and database management.
  • Carry out other related tasks as required in the team or agency.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferable in marketing or customer service or fundraising field.
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Attention to details, high accuracy and target-driven.
  • Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua.
  • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and values is a must.
