Infrastructure Engineer

Our company is committed to providing excellent services and support to our valued clients.  We are now seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team for overall management of enterprise infrastructure & data security.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Design and build IT infrastructure and assist to set the infrastructure strategies
• Overall server and network administration, performance monitoring. Provide support on IT operations as well as act as 2nd-tier support for end-user device help desk services
• Ensure robust system and data backup strategies, IT disaster recovery and business continuity processes including managing IT drill and the associated documentation are in place
• Responsible for data security regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network
• Implement audit recommendations according to the agreed timeline specified in the IT audit reports
• Conduct Infrastructure product/solution from selection, vendor evaluation, procurement to deployment
• Ongoing Update IT Policies/Guidelines and Procedures on Infrastructure management and IT Security

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree or above in Information Systems or Computer Science
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in administrating enterprise infrastructure & network security
• Hand-on experience in Cloud Administration (AWS, Azure) and network security solution (e.g. ZTNA, SASE, DLP, SIEM)
• Solid experience and skill in liaison with third-party vendors and project management
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capability and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
