We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation projects and maintenance services at HK airport.
• Prepare documentation for implementation projects and maintenance services.
• Manage procurement of equipment, licenses, and services for implementation projects and maintenance services.
• Regularly review the inventory list compiled by the team.
• Attend customer meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Gather requirements and prepare proposals for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate team support for demos, roadshows, adverse weather situations, and peak travel seasons as requested by customers.
• Collaborate with other internal teams on project activities.
• Normal working hour is 9:00am ~ 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have 8 years of project management experience, with 4 years specifically in an MS Windows environment.
• Must be stationed at HK airport; experience with airport projects is an advantage.
• Degree in IT related discipline.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent in English and Cantonese is required.
