Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for project management of major IT Projects such as feasibility studies, IT strategy planning, infrastructure consulting, system development, and system maintenance
• Assess project scope / schedule, human resource requirements, and cost estimation in project bidding process
• Be responsible for composition and guiding IT technical staff to write the full spectrum of system documentation according to industry standards and to meet client requirements
• Be responsible to lead and supervise one or more teams of IT technical professionals to deliver IT solutions to clients

 Requirements:

• Holder of degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years IT experiences with the last 3 years in project management position
• Must be holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner
• Must be holder of PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification or Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) or PRINCE2 Agile or equivalent
• Additional certification in IT security / audits also an advantage
• Experience in project management of Government projects a big advantage
• Hands on past experience in system implementation preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
