Project Manager (PMO)

 RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support Project Management Office to implement digital transformation strategies for EC Healthcare, with the focus on managing the development and business implementation of various customer facing and internal facing digital solutions.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Play a critical role in managing business analysts and IT professionals (internal and external) on project deliveries.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of IT projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of working experience in IT project management and product development, business analysis, vendor management, business implementation, and leading the delivery of IT/digital solutions.
• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Operation Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in product management in defining product roadmap
• Solid project management experience in sizeable scale
• Well understand software development life cycle on web & app
• Detail-minded, strong sense of ownership, and able to learn independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
