Job Description

Senior Executive Officer

Registrar's Office 

 

Responsibilities:

- provide secretarial and executive support to the Student Recruitment Division

- responsible for a full range of administrative duties relation to recruiting undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment and admissions

- advising prospective students

- assisting in recruitment events and managing the application system

- able to work with departments in relation to student recruitment and admissions

- assigned from time to time by the supervisor. 

 

Requirements:

- have a recognized university degree;

- possess strong interpersonal, information technology and administrative skills;

- be highly proficient in both Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;

- be a good team player, attentive to details, highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
