Job Description

Legend Interiors Limited is the leading interior fit-out specialist in Asia.  Found and headquartered in Hong Kong since 1988, our clientele includes some of the world’s most renowned brands in retail, hospitality, residential and commercial space. With global offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Macau, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok, we are looking for high caliber candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.

 

Responsibilities:

•Report to the Group Financial Director

•Lead a professional team with full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis, 

  • Ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function 
  • Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.  

•Prepare annual/interim reports, announcements and disclosures for board meetings and AGM

•Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

•Work closely with the finance teams of overseas branches and oversee the accounting and finance functions of the group companies

•Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects

 

Requirements

•Qualified accountant and degree holder in accounting/finance discipline

•Minimum 10 years of experience in the commercial /or manufacturing field with overseas exposure, including at least 5 years’ experience at the senior managerial role 

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained in a sizable audit firm 

•Hands-on experience in group consolidation and knowledge of the Listing Rules of Hong Kong

•Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements of Hong Kong and the PRC

•Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

•Proficient in MS Excel and Word, knowledge of ERP Systems

•Strong motivation and ability to work under pressure

•Good analytical and leadership skills with solid experience at the managerial level

•Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills
