Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 IT technical support and service to external customers;
  • IT infrastructure support and system administration
  • Liaise with vendor/supplier and collaborate with internal users to accomplish IT operation task or infrastructure setup


Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or in relevant disciplines. degree holder is preferable
  • At least 2 years working experience in helpdesk or technical support role
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Configuration (AD, DHCP, Group Policy) and desktop (Windows 10/11, MS Office) environment.
  • Experience in IaaS and SaaS operation (AWS, Azure, Office 365)
  • Experience in JIRA service management
  • Good command of problem solving and communication skill.
  • Excellent communication skill in both written/spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered
