(Warehouse) Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Support overall warehouse operations, logistics coordination and quality control
• Arrange and manage manpower to perform the daily tasks
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality
• Prepare and analyse monthly statistical reports
• Work closely with manager & frontline operations to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in warehousing / Express / Logistics would be an advantage
• Well-organized and attention to details
• Positive thinking, hardworking and willing to learn
• Basic PC skill included MS office Excel / Word
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
