Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow high-level relationships with client with a clear understanding of the client’s organization, key decision makers and influencers, global sourcing and distribution strategies to develop strategic alliances and proactive advisory services
- Manage price negotiation, discounts, contracts, RFP’s etc.
- Work with senior management, business lines and regional operations teams to forecast the geographical location of current & future needs of the client
- Evaluate client operations, implement process improvements, and identify new business opportunities
- Directly, or through assigned program managers, monitor client program operations manual, program guides, sales summaries, client report formats/protocols or other client-specific reports, technical opinions, as well as performance in relation to defined services, securing agreement with service lines and operations as necessary
- Work with business line technical services to serve as customer’s technical consultant in areas of global compliance, industry standards, and client specifications
- Develop personal growth and career plans for all direct reports, and manage those performance management and succession plans
- Collect, monitor and disseminate data on market trends and customer needs
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, training seminars and/or tradeshows
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above, MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with high level client administration or sales and marketing experience.
- Ability to interpret technical information and translate into common terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure to handle crisis situations and balance several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and process improvement skills
- Strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to ensure effective, responsive client interaction (internal and external).
- Can do attitude and ability to lead a team in a hectic and fast paced work environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is preferable
