主要職責

  • 管理日常運作，確保運作暢順
  • 更表編排、工作分配、招聘及培訓員工
  • 提供優質餐飲服務予賓客 ，改善餐廳服務質素
  • 執行及改進公司業務流程及成本控制
  • 與廚房緊密合作
  • 處理店舖文書、落貨等等

工作要求

  • 中五以上程度及5年相關經驗
  • 性格外向和充滿活力，具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧
  • 有小店營運經驗
  • 具廣東話，普通話與英語溝通能力
