Job Description
- Provide secretarial and personal support;
- Liaise with internal and external parties to gather business information and ensure effective communication and documents’ flow;
- Prepare presentation PowerPoint;
- Handle confidential and sensitive correspondences;
- Assist in Trading Matter (Such as Look for & Communicate with Suppliers, Place Order, Arrange Payment & Shipment etc.)
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines, preferably with formal secretarial training with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Strong in time management, interpersonal skills and prioritization skills
- Work independently, capable to handle confidential tasks with sensitivity;
- Well organized, accurate, efficient & initiative with good interpersonal skill;
- Great perception and able to work under pressure;
- Speak & write fluent English and Chinese/Mandarin;
- Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Capable in English & Chinese typing.
