Senior IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• To manage onboarding and offboarding of staff including laptop provisioning and de-provisioning;
• To perform system patching and upgrade;
• To manage daily office operation support - including 365 office/email/phone/network/AV and backend system;
• To support and cooperate with security operations and tech risk team to ensure the effectiveness of our security-related solution;
• To undertake any ad-hoc matters and projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree of Computer Science / Information Technology in Network / Database / Security or equivalent;
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong basic networking concept and understanding;
• Adaptive to different situations; attentive and proactive to issues; team-oriented person.
• Additional technical advantages:
  • MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, ITILor any other professional certificate
  • Knowledge in MS AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO, UNIX
  • UNIX / Windows scripting experience
• Highly motivated and able to work independently; Conversant in both English and Chinese language (including Mandarin) to liaise with associates across different regions;
• Candidates will less experience may be considered the position IT Support Officer. 
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
