Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job ads posting, resume screening, interviews coordination Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR information Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment verifications Support HR reporting and analytics initiatives Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferred in Fashion Retail industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Workday) systems Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
