Company Profile: Sengi Express, powered by Poste Italiane, focuses on cross-border e-commerce parcel logistics, providing professional and diversified cross-border logistics services for our customers. Core products include: last-mile delivery (express and standard), Italy full parcel line, European parcel customs clearance, Air&Sea Freight, Europe truck transportation, reverse logistics, FBA return processing and overseas warehousing and other cross-border e-commerce logistics services.
(1)崗位職責/Job responsibilities:
1. 負責日常會計事務,包括記帳、流水的核銷、憑證製作、帳簿登記等財務核算工作;
Responsible for daily accounting affairs, including bookkeeping, verification of cash flows, preparation of vouchers, registration in account books, and other financial accounting work;
2. 管理應收賬款和應付帳款,確保及時準確地記錄和處理,並參與公司對外合同的簽訂工作;
Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate recording and processing, and participate in the signing of the company's external contracts;
3. 編制和審核公司的月度、季度和年度財務報表,確保資料的準確性和完整性;
Prepare and review the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data;
4. 了解公司經營活動情況,定期編制財務分析報告,分析公司的財務狀況和經營成果提出建議,並向管理層和母公司報告;
Understand the company's business activities, prepare financial analysis reports on a regular basis, analyze the company's financial condition and operating results to make recommendations, and report to management and the parent company;
5.負責稅務申報,確保按時、準確地完成稅務申報工作;
Responsible for tax filings and ensuring that they are completed on time and accurately;
6.建立和完善內部控制制度,確保財務工作的合規性和安全性。
Establish and improve internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and security.
(2)崗位要求/ Job requirements:
1.全日制本科及以上學歷,必須為會計&財務管理相關專業;
Undergraduate degree or above, must major in Accounting & Financial Management;
2.至少2年以上財務工作經驗,有海外經驗的優先;
At least 2 years of work experience in tax, accounting and finance, oversea experience preferred;
3.懂IFRS 和HKFRS等會計準則以及香港納稅的全套流程;
Understand accounting standards such as IFRS and HKFRS, as well as the complete set of tax procedures in Hong Kong;
4.了解跨國集團匯報流程,可以獨立完成合並報表和數據統籌;
Understand the reporting process of multinational groups and be able to independently complete consolidated reports and data coordination;
5.熟悉word、excel、outlook等office辦公軟件的使用;
Familiar with the use of word, excel, outlook and other office software;
6. 出色的溝通協調能力,注重細節,責任心強;
Excellent communication and coordination skills, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility;
7.有較強的思考能力、服務意識、應變能力、抗壓能力、團隊協作能力和緊急事件處理能力;
Strong thinking skills, service orientation, resilience, stress tolerance, teamwork, logical thinking and data comprehension and analysis, and emergency handling skills;
8.工作語言為:英文、普通話、粵語,需具備相應的語言能力;
Working languages are: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, appropriate language skills are required;
9.必須是香港本地居民。
