Accounting Officer (AP)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable daily routine including vendor invoices validation and payment voucher preparation and filing, etc
• Responsible for the fixed assets module
• Prepare Accounts Payable – Trade and Non-trade balance reconciliation
• Prepare accounting schedule for month-end closing and year-end audit
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial report and management report preparation 
• Support ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years experience in managing cash movement is preferable
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable but not a must)
• Flexible to change and able to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
