• Administrative Officer 行政主任
• 14 to 18 days’ annual leave entitlement
• Knowledge and experience in Chinese Medicine / Healthcare

Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative and operational support to Chinese Medicine clinical division.
• To handle administration duties including but not limited to taskforce related activities, assisting in execution of resolutions, data analysis, minutes taking and routine reports
• To handle enquiries / complaints
• To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth of daily operation
• To assist project proposals and application, monitor the progress & maintain the quality
• To execute ad hoc projects and duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, previous experience with NGO is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Chinese Medicine / Healthcare is an advantage. 
• Self-motivated, mature and independent; good communication, organizational & administration skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Work Location: Tai Po
