DB Results is seeking a few Business Process Analysts / Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will analyze and improve business processes across various departments to ensure efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness. They will collaborate with stakeholders, gather data, and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop, configure, and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive process improvement plans, including the design of new workflows, the implementation of automation and the streamlining of existing procedures.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support process improvement initiatives and measure the impact of process improvements.
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders, ensuring the successful and effective execution and ongoing optimization of the implemented solutions.
- Recommend and implement solutions to address business challenges and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvement initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and change management initiatives to engage and empower departments and impacted parties in the process improvement journey.
- Teach, coach, and enable departments to evaluate their own operations and identify areas for efficiency and quality improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of changes and modifications on business outcomes and metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or Change Management or in a similar role. Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Manager.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for business process improvement.
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies will have advantage.
- Experience in Retail industry will have advantage.
