Job Description:
- Reception duties (i.e. greeting and serving guests, pantry maintenance, mailing order and courier management, inquiries and phone calls)
- Administrative duties, to ensure all admin works go through smoothly and the office public area in a safety, tidy and sanitary manner
- Manage travel arrangements, visa applications, business expenses reimbursements and etc.
- Assist to handle HR duties (i.e. Interview invitation and attendance)
- Provide personal assistance including family matters and secretarial supports to the Director as needed
- Assist the Company Secretary in handling and managing the corporate documentations and submitting all necessary files timely
- Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree with professional qualification(s);
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Immediately available (preferred).
