Sales Manager (Baby Products)

Responsibilities:
 

• Formulate and implement sales strategies in achieving sales goals
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate sales
• Manage the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and adhere to company values
• Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with vendors and customers in order to maximize business growth and achieve sales targets
• Handle customers enquiries and follow up orders
• Work closely with colleagues of other departments to achieve company goals and service standard

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent diploma
• Minimum 5 years related working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proactive, aggressive and independent
• Candidates with less experience & qualifications will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
