Seafreight Pricing Officer / Assistant Manager

Role Content

• Supervising and provide guidance to EVC’s global organization pertaining to LCL shipments.
• Follow-up and ensure better visibility of LCL cargo flow for all EV’s stakeholders.
• Support the execution of global LCL product strategy, policy and SOP.
• To supervise, maintain and review the LCL tariffs, including cost components and schedules.
• Driving the system to support all front line activities with global trade.
• Supporting the LCL Tender/RFQ/Online bidding submission.
• Follow-up the negotiations with vendors and CFS.
• Responsible for routine rate inquiries among EVC’s global organizations, with strong mindset of commercial instinct.
• Oversea the Data Quality in TMS for Product Management LCL.
• Generate reports periodically to review global LCL performance and yield management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in ocean freight forwarding
• Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations
• Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills
• Experience in LCL pricing and ocean freight rate enquiries or tenders
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to multitask
• Flexible, proactive and good interpersonal skill
• Team player with the ability to work independently
