Senior Marketing Executive (Consumer Communications)

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of the Company, your new role will be participating in the integrated marketing planning and its implementation in the regional and local markets, with focus on developing and executing consumer communications strategy, including but not limited to:

• Assist in developing and executing PR and social strategies to promote LANDMARK
• Cultivate relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships
• Create engaging and compelling content for LANDMARK’s social media and digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Red, the website, and in-mall digital screens, etc
• Act as a reporter to identify and uncover news and content suitable for LANDMARK's social channels
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase followers, and promote special events and offers
• Track and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance
• Monitor day-to-day operations of social media channels
• Develop and manage e-newsletter and monitor its performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PR and social media

What you'll need to succeed:
 

• Holder of Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experiences, with previous exposure working in PR and social media agencies or in real estate / property development / luxury retail industries will be highly preferred
• Social-savvy with demonstrable experience in working with influencers and luxury brands
• Knowledge in video filming and editing is a plus
• Outspoken and dynamic personality, embrace innovation and creativity
• Highly organized and structure with strong attention to details
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with lesser experiences will be considered as Marketing Executive
