– Handle and coordinate orders and shipments
– High Dip; HKDSE grad will also be considered
Job Description :
– Cooperate and communicate with Customers, Suppliers, Forwarders, Mainland and Overseas offices
– 3-5 years working experience in trading field
– Knowledge in shipment and order process.
Duties & Responsibilities :
– Clerical work in Shipping and Sales Administration Department
– Shipment and Sales Orders follow up work
– Oversee status on air shipment to customers via forwarder/courier for all branches
– Strong liaison skills to coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders to ensure smooth shipping arrangement and on timely schedule
– Issue orders and invoices in CRM system and follow up
– Provide general support of clerical duties (data entry, accounts receivable and payable record etc).
Skills, Experience & Attributes :
– High diploma or above; less education background will also be considered
– At At least 3 years experience in Shipping or Sales Admin role
– Good command in English and Mandarin
– Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
– Able to work independently
– Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with counterparts and teams
– Immediate available is highly preferred.
