Supply Chain Executive

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for:

Job Duties

• Analyze and manage products forecasting trends on a weekly basis, communicate with Sales Team to review supply status to have consensus on sales forecast
• Responsible for the daily supply allocation plan and related logistics arrangement
• Responsible for the subcontractor production schedule and update Sales team on customer order status
• Maintain accurate material inventory levels and verify cycle count/annual stock count at 3rd warehouse
• Assist implementation of new ERP systems to streamline the operation for maximum efficiency
• Review current inventory level, manage future supply plan and monitor shipment schedule to reduce supply issue
• Monitor and check current inventory on a regular basis to optimize inventory level
• The responsibilities of the job will be reviewed to align with the progress of business development
• Provide support for ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in retail/food/FMCG sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills, self-initiative, positive, proactive and good time management
• Detail-minded personality with high organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Supply Chain Executive
