Public Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Idealization and production for digitally engaging content (photo, video, info graphic, etc)
• Social media platform planning and management (Instagram & Facebook etc)
• Drive engagement on social media platforms
• Ads and marketing management
• Identify, outreach, and build a growing list of influences and Brand Ambassadors
• KOL influence management, pitching, coordination. From initial contact to follow up
• Media pitching
• Measure, optimize and report on campaigns to achieve maximum awareness & engagement, and use these results to further improve the content strategy
• Work closely with sales team
• Responsible for planning and execution of PR and marketing plans
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in business, marketing, communication, art & design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in PR and project management.
• Experience managing a team of PR or event professionals and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Excellent project management, people management, and team leadership skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present event plans and strategies to diverse audiences.
• Strong time management skills, with a detail-oriented and logical mindset essential for meticulous event planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively contributing to collaborative planning efforts.
• Knowledge of digital communication and social media strategies for event planning.
