Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for issue of invoices and maintain filing system
- Provide general clerical support
- Handle telephone calls and general customer enquiries
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Good English and mandarin
- Mature, friendly and cheerful personality;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Responsible, Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
- Immediate available is preferable
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
