Business Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manage an efficient team of analysts, ensuring their professional competence and work enthusiasm.
• Assign tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of analytical work.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of domestic and international economic trends, predicting the impact of monetary, fiscal, and industrial policies on the securities market.
• Deep-dive into specific industries to identify trends and potential investment opportunities.
• Track and analyze market dynamics, assessing the impact of events on companies and industries, and adjusting investment strategies accordingly.
• Formulate investment recommendations and strategies based on market research and company analysis, including buy, hold, or sell recommendations for stocks, with target prices.
• Write research reports providing investment advice and market analysis to clients or investors.
• Participate in or lead the initial development, due diligence, project management, and feasibility analysis of investment projects.
• Assist in preparing materials for investment committee presentations and participate in investment negotiations and investment structure design.
• Ensure the compliance of analytical work with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Monitor and analyze investment risks, propose risk control measures, and ensure the safety and feasibility of investment recommendations.
• Maintain close contact with company executives, investors, and business partners, providing professional advice and answering questions.
• Collaborate with other departments to jointly drive the development of the company's business.

Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in securities analysis, familiar with the operating rules and trading processes of the securities market.Preference for candidates with team management and project management experience.
• Proficient in financial analysis, investment theory, mathematical statistics, and related knowledge.
• Skilled in using financial analysis software and office software.
• Excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Sharp mind with strong learning, reasoning, and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills and a teamwork spirit.
• Able to withstand significant work pressure and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.
