職責

• 管理分店的日常營運，確保運作暢順
• 激勵並帶領前線團隊達到營業及銷售目標
• 配合公司就季節性變化的營銷活動或貨品陳列
• 督導前線團隊提供優質顧客服務並與客戶保持密切的關係

職位要求

• 中五或以上學歷
• 具5年零售業經驗及至少3年管理經驗
• 熟悉Microsoft Office
• 流利粵語及略懂普通話溝通，能閱讀及書寫基本英文
• 具備以下特質包括：工作勤奮、積極主動、具團隊合作精神、有禮貌、有責任感、性格開朗、有耐性及虛心學習
• 與公司理念及價值相同具「感動顧客」的熱誠
• 經驗較少的將考慮為助理分店經理
• 能即時上班者優先

工作地點及時間

太子花墟 / 10:00-19:00 (每星期工作五-六天, 每月7日休息日) 每天工作連用膳9小時
