品質管理主任 (Quality Assurance Officer)

職責:

1. 實施和維持ISO22000 & HACCP體系

2. 負責設備的校準、原材料、成品的日常質量控制等

3. 負責食品品質檢查記錄及文件處理

4. 參與調查與食品質量有關的投訴

5. 制定食物安全流程、準備教案和驗證方案

要求:

2年或以上有關食品行業工作經驗

熟悉食品標籤法例

熟悉GMP和ISO 22000質量體系

懂微軟 Word及微軟 Excel

中英文輸入
