Property Sales (Japanese Property)

 Responsibilities

• Provide high quality overseas property consultation service to clients.
• Manage the whole selling process including closing deals, contract signing and settlement issues etc
• Enhance customer experience through professional agency services.
• Attend company marketing events
• Make contributions to overall sales strategy
• Work with the team to achieve team performance objectives
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

 Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Self-Motivated, Energetic, Hardworking and Good Social Communication Skills
• Have a year of Japanese property sales experience or Japanese Speaker
• EAA license is not required
