• 持政府認可之社會工作學位，香港中學會考中、英文科(課程乙)合格/香港中學文憑考試中、英文科2級或以上，註冊社工，具三年或以上獲取學位後之相關復康服務經驗；
• 負責管理及策劃觀塘區殘疾人士地區支援中心的服務發展，為殘疾人士提供個案管理服務及外展探訪，協助管理中心運作及督導員工等；
• 起薪點參考公務員總薪級表(MPS)；
• 每週平均工作45小時，需輪班，觀塘區工作。
