職位描述：

我們正招聘一名經驗豐富且知識淵博的茶藝師加入我們的團隊。理想的候選人需要對中西茶有深入了解，並且對食物搭配充滿熱情，以提升用餐體驗。

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Tea Sommelier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Chinese and Western teas, as well as a passion for food pairing to enhance the dining experience.

 

主要職責：

- 為會員及客人製作茶飲。

- 提供專業的茶品推薦和食物搭配。

- 為客人和員工舉辦茶品鑒會和教育課程。

- 確保茶的製備和展示技術得到正確執行。

- 監控茶葉庫存，並管理與茶供應商的關係。

- 與烹飪團隊合作，創造創新性茶飲菜餚。

- 了解茶的趨勢，並不斷提升茶文化項目。

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present a diverse range of Chinese and Western teas for members and guests.

- Provide expert tea recommendations and pairings to complement our food menu.

- Conduct tea tastings and educational sessions for guests and staff.

- Ensure proper tea preparation and presentation techniques are followed.

- Monitor tea inventory and manage relationships with tea suppliers.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative tea-infused dishes and beverages.

- Stay updated on tea trends and continuously enhance the tea program.

 

 

職位要求：

- 具茶藝師或在高端餐廳或酒店擔任類似職位的經驗。

- 精通中西茶，包括茶的來源、品種和製備方法。

- 對食物和茶的搭配有深刻了解。

- 良好溝通和人際交往能力。

- 熱愛客戶服務，致力於創造難忘的用餐體驗。

- 能夠進行引人入勝且信息豐富的茶品鑒會和展示。

- 具組織和庫存管理能力。

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Tea Sommelier or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.

- Expertise in both Chinese and Western teas, including knowledge of origins, varieties, and preparation methods.

- Strong understanding of food and tea pairings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

- Ability to conduct engaging and informative tea tastings and presentations.

- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
