Job description:
We are a US-based company located in Kwai Chung district, we are seeking for a position as follows:
 

• 一般跟單員工作, 跟進訂單,物流安排, 聯絡客戶及供應商, 處理出貨、發票、報關和船務、銀行入票
• 接聽電話,文件交收
• 文件存檔,負責錄入及調取倉庫操作數據，與內地總部和客戶做好業務對接, 收發快遞包裹類的貨件等
• 其他上司指示
• Handling general merchandiser matters, general duties of logistic clerk; Import & Export shipping documents & procedures, cheques bank-in
• Data entry, warehouse manage; communicate with China customers; delivery & receive stocks
• tasks by superior

Qualifications and requirements:

中四程度; 3年經驗; 良好粵語;普通話；能讀寫中文; 一般英文；懂電腦文書：Excel, Words及收發電郵；懂WeChat微訊；有責任心；具相關跟單、出貨工作經驗、熟悉往來內地進出口工作 優先/ Working experience in shipping field; (2-3 years relevant exp., & exp. in administrative and clerical duties); Full set of shipping document experience is pref.
