Working Location: 11 ServicePoints located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories 

Working hours:40 hours per week (ServicePoint closed on Sundays and public holidays)

Responsibilities:

  • handle and maintain daily ServicePoint operations, including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, shipment check, payment collection, etc.
  • handle enquiries of walk-in customers and provide quality customer services to win happy customers with high satisfaction and loyalty
  • generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling of cash shipment and, value-added services or referrals to appropriate sales teams
  • introduce sales promotional programs to walk-in customers or through calls when needed
  • perform general clerical support such as data entry, reporting etc.
  • support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate
  • Experience in retail / counter services is an advantage
  • Service mindset and good adaptability skills
  • Effective interpersonal, good communication and telephone handling skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Familiar with PC skills
  • Willing to perform shift duty and occasionally travel between ServicePoints
  • Immediate available or short-time notice is highly preferred
