銷售主管

工作職責:

  • 管理部門日常運作如商品陳列, 存貨管理及人員分配
  • 帶領及推動團隊達到公司銷售及服務目標
  • 指導及提升店鋪客服務質素, 品牌形象及團隊銷售技巧
  • 部門營運匯報, 銷售及數據分析

職位要求:

  • 五年或以上零售經驗, 最小兩年或以上領售管理經驗
  • 危機應變能力及領導才能
  • 能獨立處理部門一切營運正常
  • 流利粵語,良好英語及普通話
  • 良好人際關係及溝通技巧

Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales, achieve targets and contribute to the growth of sales
  • Provide excellent customer services to our clients
  • Assist on store daily operation such as display, promotion, stock take  and sales activities
  • Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge
  • Participate in stock management and maintain the floor display area and merchandise

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in luxury retail industry
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good team player and self motivated
  • Excellent customer service and cross-selling skills
  • Service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and able to work independently
