岗位职责

1.深度理解业务、结合业务发展及策略方向，带领团队开展绩效目标的制定和优化工作，通过数据分析和商业洞察力，匹配业务发展变化，建立科学、可执行的绩效目标；

2.负责绩效考核方案的管理和落地，协助业务部门建立绩效评估体系，确保绩效考核的公平、公正和有效性；

3.对绩效流程进行梳理分析，形成相关的产品功能需求，协同PM搭建并推进完善绩效产品；

4.负责绩效落地过程中的与业务部门的协调、沟通、申诉处理等工作。

1.Gain a deep understanding of the business, align with strategic direction, and lead the team in setting and optimizing performance goals, match business development and changes through data analysis and business insight, and establish scientific and enforceable performance goals;

2.Manage and implement the performance appraisal program, assist the business department to establish the performance assessment system, and ensure the fairness, justice, and effectiveness of evaluations;

3.Comb and analyze the performance process, form the relevant product functional requirements, and cooperate with PM to build and improve the performance products;

4.Responsible for coordinating and communicating with the business department during the performance implementation process.

岗位基本要求

1. 本科学历或以上，数学、统计学、商业分析或商科相关专业背景；

2. 五年或以上商业分析相关经验。有头部互联网或咨询公司经历者优先；

3. 优秀的逻辑思维能力，能够对问题进行结构化分析和拆解，具备独立思考、思辨的能力和习惯；

4. 熟练使用SQL语句，熟练使用Python/R等数据分析工具包者优先；

5. 具备优秀的沟通和协作能力，且对于出海业务有较强的意愿度。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mathematics, statistics, business analysis, or business-related fields;

2. Five or more years of experience in business analysis. Experience with top internet companies or consulting firms is preferred;

3. Excellent logical thinking ability, capable of structural analysis and decomposition of problems, with independent thinking, argumentation skills, and habits;

4. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python/R;

5. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen interest in overseas business expansion.
