駐地盤建築師 Resident Architect (Ref. JD_20182RA)

現在為北角東岸公園主題區公眾休憩用地建造工程項目招聘以下駐地盤人員 (“合約編號: 9AH122):
We are looking for the following experienced site staff who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the project of “Consultancy Agreement No. 9AH122, Public Open Space at East Coast Park Precinct, North Point”:-

駐地盤建築師 
Resident Architect (Ref. JD_20182RA)

駐地盤建築師的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰
The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architect shall be as follows:

a) 香港建築師學會（HKIA）的正式會員或資深會員或註冊建築師；
Full member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect;

b) 在取得以上資格後具備三年或以上有關建築工作經驗；
At least 3 years ’post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture).

c) 擁有職業安全與健康或建築安全的學士學位︑證書︑專業文憑或高級文憑｡
Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety.

[^備註：對於任何預算估算超過5億港元的工程合約，RSE/RA 或 RCOW/RACOW 其中至少一名需擁有可接受的學術資格，以便註冊為註冊安全主任，此外還需具備該職位所需的其他學術/專業資格，以擔任安全顧問監督。]    
[Note ^ For any works contract with a pre-tender estimate higher than $500 million, at least one of the RSE/RA or RCOW/RACOW shall possess the academic qualification acceptable for registration as Registered Safety Officer in addition to other academic/professional qualification required for the post, to act as safety advisor to the Supervising Officer.]

 

僱傭合約期為47個月，即時上班優先考慮，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。
Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 47 months commencing immediately with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
