職責
- 接聽住客及內部同事的電話
- 負責房務部各種文書處理工作，例如:管理房務部所使用的房卡、兼職文件等
- 根據酒店政策及指引完成失物處理程序
- 與各部門緊密溝通及合作，以確保部門正常運作
要求
- 細心和服務至上
- 具良好溝通能力和善於交際的能力要求
- 具備一年或以上酒店經驗者優先
