The Management Trainee (MT) program provides a fast track for developing emerging talent into future leaders, equipping them with a comprehensive understanding of our business strategy, operational efficiencies, and market dynamics.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
• Recent graduates with less than 3 years of work experience will be an advantage
• Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for leadership roles
• Passionate about the Supply Chain and Property + Logistics Technology sectors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
