Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative work including preparation of payment vouchers, cheque, voucher and filing
- Provide general administrative supports to the Department
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- DSE, HKCEE or above (accounting or LCCI Intermediate above preferred)
- With 2 years or above experience in administrative filed
- Mature, independent, motivated person and able to work under pressure and meet schedule
- Good command of MS Office including Excel and Word
- Immediate available is highly preferable
