ACCOUNT SERVICING
Introduction
As part of the Client Services Team, the Account Executive / Account Manager play a key role in client retention and retainer account growth through excellence in client services. To build strong client relationships by ensuring excellence in execution, delivery and clear communication.
Full knowledge and understanding of all or some areas of integrated marketing and are pivotal to the successful planning and execution of international marketing campaigns.The role requires strategic, data-driven and client focused execution with ability to easily explain marketing concepts and possess good cross-cultural communication, organization and time management skills to manage global client stakeholders and production teams, while always focusing on quality, profitability, performance and growth.

Responsibilities
Lead, analyze and hands on execute appropriate integrated retail and shopper marketing solutions in-line with client business needs, marketing calendar, strategic vision and financial forecast
Champion total marketing services across strategies, campaigns, partnership, creative and content, development, production, media communications, data and insights in cohesion
Overall people management for internal and external relationships across multiple business functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements
Degree qualified with minimum 2+ years of experiences of solid account servicing/project management
Experience in retail design, branding and shopper marketing a must
China and APAC market experience preferred
Fluency in English, Chinese and Cantonese
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese a must (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
Strong numeric and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent skills in using both PowerPoint and Keynote
Well organised with ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and challenging goals
Ability to achieve results while working independently
Demonstrate sharp, strategic and critical thinking with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and project planning skills, have a structured way of working and with a project ownership mindset
Self-disciplined, positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
