[Job Description]

• Assist the project leader to handle multiple projects from concept development, strategic planning, execution to post-event evaluation
• Maintain strong media and client relationships
• Facilitate the team leaders and other team members to work out high quality of deliverables
• Draft write-up based on the nature of each project
• Coordinate and liaise with related third-parties, such as working partners, vendor, designer, etc.
• Handle administrative work for each project
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the team leader or supervisor

[Job Requirement]

• Diploma or above holder, preferably in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or related disciplines
• Candidate with solid experience in PR or event management is preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Independent, creative, proactive, confident and attention to details
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skill and cheerful character
• Have “Can-do” attitude and able to work under pressure to meet tight working schedule
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
