Account Executive (Performance Marketing)

Based in Hong Kong, the employee will be responsible for working closely with the account servicing and creative teams to support the clients. He/She will balance multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a high level of service.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage Search Engine Marketing services;
• Create search marketing effectiveness reports with emphasis on overall paid search effectiveness and provide timely recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Conduct and present competitive analysis, market research and identify industry and insights
• Copywriting of marketing materials for various social media channels and other relevant media formats;
• Keep good working relationships with local and regional vendors, such as search engines, social media vendors, and tool/tech developers;
• Other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• A tertiary diploma in business, marketing, or related analytical discipline;
• Minimum 1-year experience in digital / performance marketing; fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing are also welcomed;
• Agency experience is a must; the Candidate must be specialized in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with a proven record;
• Google Ads Certification is a must;
• Familiar with digital ad placement and analytical tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good proposal writing skills and excellent presentation skills;
• Fluent English and Chinese, written and spoken, is a must;
• Data sensitive
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Performance Marketing Executive.
