Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive

An Account Executive fulfils a role for Uniplan HK, taking responsibility for being the point of client contract to maintain full understanding of client’s needs and requirements and to ensure the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards.

What awaits you…

• Communicate with clients and gather information about the project’s scope, budgets and timelines
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in alignment with company’s financial objectives
• Work closely with internal designers and project managers on client’s requirements including budget, design, construction, delivery timeline etc
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients by understanding client needs and providing constructive solutions/advice on problem shooting
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure successful project is delivered on time and within budget
• Develop new business opportunities and ideas to generate sales result through existing and potential clients
• Conduct on-site inspections overseeing the construction set up and dismantle by sub-contractors or vendors to ensure built-in and venue clearance are carried out properly and making amends if needed
• Report and record sales activities in company’s ERP system

What you should bring with you …

• Degree holder or comparable experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and other related fields
• Experience managing multiple clients or accounts in sales or customer service role
• Proven success in negotiating deals with both existing and potential clients
• Good organisational and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with different level of stakeholders
• Motivated and well organized, with a “can do” altitude
• Good time and project management skills and able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high demanding work environment
• Familiarity with system and software is an advantage
• Willing to work overtime or during weekends or public holidays if required
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
