職位描述

  • A bridge between sales team / customer and operation department
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties;
  • Handle stock keeping, inventory control management and generate monthly reports & documentations
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate with logistics team for delivery arrangement;
  • Handle goods return and credit note to customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above;
  • Minimum 4 years sales administration experience; candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator;
  • Proactive and willing to learn;
  • Proficient in computer knowledge, including but not limited to MS Office;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skill;
  • Self-motivated and good team spirit.
