職位描述
- A bridge between sales team / customer and operation department
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties;
- Handle stock keeping, inventory control management and generate monthly reports & documentations
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Coordinate with logistics team for delivery arrangement;
- Handle goods return and credit note to customers.
Requirements:
- Degree or above;
- Minimum 4 years sales administration experience; candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator;
- Proactive and willing to learn;
- Proficient in computer knowledge, including but not limited to MS Office;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skill;
- Self-motivated and good team spirit.
