You will be responsible for:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts (SMEs & key accounts), serving as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Re-activate the clients who have stopped using the services.
You should possess:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3-year of related account management and sales experience
- Experience in recruitment or HR software business is a definite advantage
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Account Manager
