Accountant

What you’ll be doing?

• Handle full set of accounts including daily routine accounting operation and month-end closing and reporting.
• Prepare and consolidate regular management reports and analysis for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Continuously review account keeping process and finance reporting  to improve efficiency thought better process, software and automation.
• Coordinate with business departments for accounting related matters and daily accounting transactions
• Handle daily AP and Bank operations as needed.
• Liaise with external parties and complete audit and tax reporting
• Perform filing statutory return with the Company Registry and ensuring compliance with the statutory requirement.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
• Complete other ad-hoc reports as requested.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in accounting
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and presentation skills,
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Matured, confident, energetic and willing to learn
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Accountant
